Unlock Macho Version
Enter "BlooDSporT" as a case-sensitive name at the hi-score board,
then start a new game.

Get 15 lives and all power-ups:
Enter "CLASSIFIED" as a name at the hi-score board.
If you entered correctly, the entry will change to WRONG,
then begin a new game to get bonus lives and all power-ups.
